It started more than 18 years ago over a meal with a friend. Two years, and several batches, later I finally had my first hot sauce; Original Sweet Heat!

  Living in Wasaga Beach, ON, I began to grow my own peppers for many of the hot sauces I've created, bringing a uniquely seed to store hot sauce to market.

We always craft our sauces in truly small batches, and use only the best ingredients because the flavour always comes first in this family.
