Using Cow Horn, Chocolate Scotch Bonnets, and Fatalli peppers, I balanced this one with BBQ pineapple and mango, sweet peppers, garlic, Himalayan salt and black pepper. Just for fun I threw in a decent amount of Carolina Reaper powder! Give it a try but you better hang on, cause this one likes to kick!!
